The Central Station project challenged us to create an inviting urban space through which thousands of people pass every day. We wanted to create a sense of calm in a busy, urban space full of movement.

Urban
Bringing the forest to the city. That was the overarching theme in this urban project. Its success has brought it international fame and to date it is one of the most visited urban buildings we have created. A refreshment of greenery in the middle of the urban jungle.

Hotel
The challenge in this project was to create an accessible place in a location that is by definition difficult to reach. We aimed to create a safe interior, while preserving exposure to the incredible natural environment.
